Fitness Coach Mentoring

As of late I have received a lot of e-mail inquiries regarding this particular service (see Our Services). So, here is an outline of how this service works:
  • I work with you on a one-on-one basis to educate on fitness assessment, program design/periodization, nutrition strategies, and training philosophy.
  • The meetings are done in person, phone, or Skype.
  • There are 2 meetings per month (30 mins each) on an on going basis.
  • You will be given assignments based on where you are in your education in fitness assessment, program design, nutrition, and fitness. 
  • You will be required to return the assignments to me prior to our following meeting.
  • This service is for Fitness Coaches that are looking to improve:
    • their fitness assessment(s) and how to better understand the results relative to each person and how that will translate into the program design.
    • program design for individuals
    • periodization/planning of the training year(s) for each individual.
    • their understanding of program design relative to off-season training vs. in-season training.
    • their design of energy system training sessions in order to optimize their clients'/athletes' performance.
    • their deign of strength training sessions in order to optimize their clients'/athletes' performance.
    • their design of nutrition/supplementation in order to optimize their clients'/athletes performance.
