- I work with you on a one-on-one basis to educate on fitness assessment, program design/periodization, nutrition strategies, and training philosophy.
- The meetings are done in person, phone, or Skype.
- There are 2 meetings per month (30 mins each) on an on going basis.
- You will be given assignments based on where you are in your education in fitness assessment, program design, nutrition, and fitness.
- You will be required to return the assignments to me prior to our following meeting.
- This service is for Fitness Coaches that are looking to improve:
- their fitness assessment(s) and how to better understand the results relative to each person and how that will translate into the program design.
- program design for individuals
- periodization/planning of the training year(s) for each individual.
- their understanding of program design relative to off-season training vs. in-season training.
- their design of energy system training sessions in order to optimize their clients'/athletes' performance.
- their deign of strength training sessions in order to optimize their clients'/athletes' performance.
- their design of nutrition/supplementation in order to optimize their clients'/athletes performance.
